Why, How to, & Making of Locking Gun Safes for Home Storage

All the details on how to use the necessary hand and power tools required to construct a sturdy locking gun safe will be reviewed after being elaborated on in detail from the previous day.  The parts that were drawn up will be cut.  Sizes and dimensions may very to accommodate participants needs, while following and applying skills and techniques learned throughout the course.

The reasoning and laws surrounding firearms storage according to Canadian firearms regulations will be touched upon and later reviewed thoroughly as outlined in the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC).  An Inuktitut interpreter will be available at all times during the course on staff to help clarify details within the CFSC as well as aid in the sharing and skills development of all participants. 

NOTE: In this stage of the course, all gun safes will be assembled using the necessary tools under the supervision of the course facilitator.
