Leadership Skills for Non-Managers 2

This workshop builds from its precedent and explores the ideas that we can leverage our communication skills and our influence on our co-workers without having direct power over them.

By being confident and by mastering skills such as emotional intelligence and self-awareness, we are able to maximize the cooperation of the people around us in the face of adversity or conflict.

When we attempt to lead others around us without using the proper tools, we can create a negative image for ourselves and lose the credibility and respect of our co-workers. Being able to effectively inspire, motivate and influence those around us will not only enhance our work experience but will benefit everyone involved. 

This is a 1-day workshop which builds off of the first session on Leadership Skills for Non-Managers. It will refine the skills that we learn and take a deeper look at the ways that we can leverage our power to interact with out co-workers.
