Working and Communicating as Part of a Team

Understanding your own strengths and weaknesses allows you to leverage what you are good at in order to be more effective and more productive. The same goes for your co- workers. If you are working in a team setting, being able to identify the strengths and shortcomings of a team can allow for maximal cooperation between members and in turn, increase performance.

This workshop will use the Social Behaviour Styles model to help you distinguish which category you fit in personally, as well as how to place your co-workers in their respective categories. This will permit you to better align the objectives and goals of the team for a better team chemistry and a better outcome!

This is a one-day workshop which will explore the Social Behaviour Styles model to give you a better understanding of your own personality style, the ones of your co-workers, and finally the team as a unit!
